“Jou look great, liebe!” Germany sighed for what it seemed to be the 100th time in the last 2 hours.
“Ludwig~!” a (h/c) haired girl whined. “You’ve said that about every single dress, you have to have something else to say!” she was baffled at his indifference.
“It’s just clothes…” sighed the german male, his voice almost inaudible.
On that same moment, Elizabeta, who had offered to help her friend choosing something to wear, appeared at the door.
“Oh god, no!” she shot, already looking around the wardrobe. “You look terrible!”
“Thank you!” exhaled the (nationality), giving a look to the blond male.
“Here, try this one out!” Hungary suggested, shoving a dress into (f/n)’s hands.
“Vhat vas zhat?” Ludwig inquired once the (h/c) head had disappeared into the bathroom. “Are jou trying to ruin her self-esteem?”
“You really are simple minded, aren’t you?” chuckled the female. “You have to be honest about how she looks like in this kind of clothing!” she explained. “What you can never say, under any circumstances, is ‘it makes you look fat’, never say that!”
“Zhen, vhat can I say?” sighed exasperatedly the german.
“Just keep what I said in mind!” Hungary chuckled, before being interrupted.
“Elizabeta! I need your help!” (f/n) called, the Hungarian quickly disappeared into the bathroom.
Outside, still on the same place, Germany rubbed the bridge of his nose, trying to make the headache Elizabeta had caused him to go away.
“Fraus are so difficult!” he sighed as he made his way downstairs.

----- Time skip -----

(F/n) joined Ludwig in the living room. Seeing her in the dress chosen by Elizabeta left him speechless; she was in a light (f/c) knee-length dress with a dark (f/c) bow around the waist and a pair of dark (f/c) flats.
“Jou look… stunning!” he breathed out.
“Thanks! Maybe we could have gotten to this sooner, had you been honest!” she giggled.
“I’ll start being, zhen!”
“Great!” she smiled. “But don’t be TOO honest!”

----- Extended ending offered you by England and his magical friends -----

“Vhat are jou doing, Vest?” Prussia’s loud voice echoed.
“Reading!”
“Vhat is it about?”
“None of jour business!”
Ignoring his younger brother, Gilbert snatched him the book, in the cover you could read: ‘Full manual – How to understand women’.
An obnoxious laugh sounded all throughout the neighborhood.
I know his birthday is tomorrow, but here you have. Have fun (even if I know this sucks)!
